1. How do I know if my order was shipped?
When your order ships, you will receive an email from us with the tracking information for your package. If you have not received an email, your order will be sent shortly and you'll receive an email moments after it's shipped. If you do not received an email after 3-4 business days after placing the order, you can contact us using our contact form.
2. I didn't get an email and it's been more than 3 business days since I placed my order, what happened?
There are several reasons why this might have happened:
3. I got an email with my tracking number, how do I check the location of my package?
You can always check the status of your package on the UPS website. Your email should have a clickable link you can press to go to the UPS website for more information on your package. Please note that the UPS tracking number gets uploaded to UPS site and becomes traceable from http://www.ups.com within 24 hours - you might get the tracking number BEFORE UPS online tracking database has it - you might have to give it 24 hours and check again!
4. I tried to check the status of my package on your website but there isn't any info available. Why?
Your order will take anywhere from 24-48 hours to enter our online order tracking system. If your order does not show up in the system, that does not mean that we have not received your order. It either has not been loaded into our program or has not been updated on the website. It will shortly. Please Check back in a few hours.
